My first dish I tried with these would probably be considered a bit unusual, as I incorporated them in with mac&cheese. These are so fresh I was able to cook them along with the pasta with a 10 minute boil. Both the pasta and peas came out perfectly al dente the way I prefer pasta still a bit firm. Easy 1 pot side dish I served along with roasted salmon fillet. So very good eating! I'll be keeping these on order as needed.

Had to rinse about 5 times to get the starch and residue out of the peas. Took about 45 mins to start to get creamier consistency. The flavor is incredible. Quality is much better than a store brand, imho.
