The way the pegboard is designed, it is already offset from the wall with any distance for the hangers to be hung without damaging your wall. This is the easiest pegboard system I have ever used. Mounting Hardware is Included. **Q: So the intended installation is 32 inches high by 48 inches wide? One reviewer said they can't be turned because the pegs will not work?** A: Correct. If you are going to use the Wall Control hooks and accessories, they go into special vertical slots, so each of the three 32" (tall) by 16" (wide) panels must be installed in the correct orientation.
