I am using both to treat dry scalp/flakes as a result of using accutane (isotretinoin). I am so glad I did. The shampoo relieves my dry scalp, and this makes sure my hair and scalp are moisturized. It's a bit hard to spread through hair, so I just put it on top and wipe it on my hair and use some water to try and spread it. The only reason this gets 4 stars is because I don't like the smell... it's smells kinda like plastic...? But I don't care as long as it works.
