Review: Great cookwre & Great Service - I bought this cookware for my wife, who is also a chef. I was impressed with the weight and thickness of the copper and I am familiar with the heritage of this product. When the package arrived in a large box with several smaller boxes, we unpacked it. Two saucepans were missing from the set. I called the company and they immediately sent the two pans (and lids). There were no questions, no doubts, no burden of proof. That is the level of support I would expect when buying a higher end item like this. It renews my faith in that some companies still know how to conduct good business.
