It's made with honey, tastes authentic, & is a hard candy, but easy to sink your teeth into. It's got a nice golden honey color, & very satisfying. I actually hate honey, myself, but I really like this brittle. The honey is pleasing & delicious. I've had other brands that were laden with sugar & made with high fructose corn syrup. This brittle is not like that at all, & you can taste the freshness in the honey & peanuts. Makes a great gift for the peanut lovers out there, & even a nice hostess gift. Affordably priced, & well worth every penny. You get a lot in this container.
