For this thing alone - I'm a customer for life with them. The unit has a 2 year warranty, and I was about 1.5 years in. It took about a day between each communication, but communication was happening! They sent a replacement unit after I provided the requested info (proof of purchase, and a couple videos of unit) . Unfortunately, that unit came damaged so I thought the worst, but again contacted them. They apologized profusely and got another one out right away. It arrived quickly and was up in running in no time, function as designed. So, of you have an issue, know that their costumer service actually exists and will work to take care of you.Worked great... for 1 summer. Doesn't seem to be doing anything anymore. Drain hose is bone dry with 65% humidity in the house, despite the unit being set to 50%.
