## Questions & Answers

**Q: Won't merino wool feel itchy? And what does 17.5 micron mean?**
A: 17.5 micron superfine merino fibers are finer than human hair — too fine to feel itchy, even on sensitive skin. Standard wool (25+ microns) causes irritation; this doesn't. OEKO-TEX certified, tested against 100+ harmful substances.

**Q: How do I wash and dry it to keep it looking new ? Will it shrink or lose shape?**
A: Machine wash cold max 30°C, delicate cycle, inside out. Lay flat to dry — tumble drying permanently damages merino fibers. Store clean and dry; keep merino in sealed bags to prevent moths. Wear 3–5 days between washes — merino resists odor naturally

**Q: Which weight should I choose — 165, 250, or 320 g/m²?**
A: 165 g/m² — active pursuits, travel, spring/summer, 40–60°F. 250 g/m² — cold weather, most outdoor activities, 25–45°F. 320 g/m² — frost and low activity, 10–35°F, extreme conditions. Rule: the higher the activity level — the lighter the weight

**Q: Where does the merino wool sourced from and is this product certified?**
A: Our products are made from Australian merino wool, RWS certified — independent farm audit confirming animal welfare and land management standards. Every component tested against 100+ harmful substances under OEKO-TEX Standard 100.

**Q: Does it fit true to size?**
A: Choose your regular size. For a snug layering fit under jackets or ski gear, size down one
