**Q: How much space does this take up if my daughter needed to put it in a suitcase?**
A: Hi, thank you for your question.  The unit is long and narrow and when rolled up and placed in it's carry bag, the dimensions are 16" long x 2-4 " wide.  It fits nice and compact in a small suitcase.  I hope this information helps.

**Q: My plunger won't extend. how do i fix it?**
A: Hi Miranda, thank you for reaching out to us. Your plunger may be locked closed.  To release the lock on your handle, the bottom shaft needs to be rotated anti-clockwise.  It should twist fairly easily without too much effort.

If this does not free it you could try giving it a couple of sharp taps straight down on to the threaded end of the handle, then try twisting anti-clockwise.  This may free it up if it has become a little stuck from the vibration of transportation.
