I’ve only been using this product for a little over two weeks but I have noticed a couple of benefits already, which I think is worth noting for anyone who may be looking to purchases this product. First of all, I want to start with the taste and absorption because, let’s be honest, if it doesn’t pass these two then no one is going to use and/or want it. I am impressed! I drink one cup of coffee per day, which I have always added almond nut organic creamer to, and I throw this right in with it and it dissolves quickly and without clumps. (*Note: make sure to add the collagen powder right away — while it’s hot — or it can clump!). No clumping, ever, if added while hot/warm. Next, it is virtually tasteless. I say this bc you will notice a different taste if added to watered down coffee, etc., but with a good brew, it’s great. Also, added to smoothies it’s phenomenal. As for benefits, I’m only two weeks in, but my nails are very strong and my hair is growing like crazy. Already noticeably thicker in areas.
