Great mount easy to Install
Gave it five stars even with one small flaw. To start it comes with everything you need to mount and the lag bolts they supply are heavy duty and good quality! I do recommend finding a stud. The mount is wider than a 2x4 that is why I screwed a 2x6 into the stud then the mount to the 2x6.The one flaw. The carabiners they supply are too small for a heavy bag. Not a big deal I just went out and got heavier duty ones. Just know that if you are getting a quality heavy bag you will need to run out and get some.

Rock solid and sturdy
Exactly what I was looking for. I have my 100lbs bag attached to it and it doesn’t bend or bow under heavy use. I also wanted to have the ability to move it to “stow it away”. Keep in mind doing it means breaking out the drill or a ratchet so it’s not a quick process. I wish they have a pullout pin method but at this price point I’m not complaining. Make sure to brace it properly. The provided bolts were good but unless it’s concrete you’ll most likely only be able to hit one stuff. So get double of 2 by 4 and have them run horizontally between two studs and mount it to that. Highly recommended

Great piece of kit
I got 24 inch on swivel. Wish it came with butterfly nut for the front fixing so it would be easier to rotate. Other than that solid.

Great concept
I took a chance and ordered this. It was a lot cheaper than other products and I liked that it moved laterally. That’s a game changer. Good for less wear on your bag. Good for switching up stance. Good for longer reach. Especially good if you have limited space and don’t want a bulky floor stand. It’s free hanging, I can adjust as needed and I don’t have to hold back my kicking.I will echo the other review about there not being instructions. I did have to email the seller who responded immediately. I would recommend they include them with purchase or maybe put a PDF here on the listing. I actually had to have it professionally installed. Nothing at all to do with the product. It was simply because my bag is heavy (over 100 lbs) and my studs were not symmetrical. You’ll see in the photos that it’s right above my door jam. I intended to put it on that adjacent wall but my studs were not sufficient there. Ended up needing to use a pice of plywood. But it’s definitely holding up very well. I’m not at all concerned about it falling down.I was concerned about the bag swinging or jutting back on the rail because I kick pretty hard. But even without the rod locking it into place at the top (I lost it) it doesn’t move. Again though, my bag is heavy. It swivels without issue for the most part. Moving forward is a little more difficult than sliding back and it’s not a smooth transition. I can foresee getting some friction later on with it but probably can throw a little oil on the bottom and fix that. The spring is great. Good recoil. Not quite long enough for me so I had to add another swivel but other than that I’m extremely happy with the purchase. Would give it a try. Don’t let the lack of reviews deter you. It’s actually pretty legit.

Great!
We bought the brace to hand a 100lb bag from the concrete wall in our basement. It went up fine and works good. The installation was a little unclear. He used a 10mm masonry bit for the pilot holes and the anchors wouldn’t fit. He ended up use a 1/2 in masonry bit and the tapped in just fine.

Too good to be true
The design looked perfect when I saw it, space saving option to replace a large heavy bag stand. Installing it took using some extra wood. Luckily I had some on hand but if you have to buy it, it makes it worth looking at slightly more pricy options. I installed it in my garage so I had to use 2x4s to reach stud to stud and then install it in them like I saw another reviewer had done.I’ve had it a month and from first use the weight of the bag makes it incredibly hard to fold in and out when using it or putting it away. The bolt does not slide in correctly to hold it in place cause the weight seems to bend the bottom plate slightly. I’m just putting it through the top while when hitting it now. Then the spring is so long that you have to install this so high to have it at a good height for the bag to hang. I am thinking of getting a shorter replacement spring but I worry that the huge spring is necessary to keep the strain off the mount or the wall. When it’s installed it’s so high you have to use step stool to adjust the bolt. My heavy bag has material straps that it hangs from but my previous was chains so if you have chains that might help with this issue. The design idea is great and would love to find a version that works but this one just doesn’t.

Sturdy, seems to work as intended so far
Solid and sturdy support. As others mentioned the plate doesn’t fit within stud spaces so it needs an added piece of wood to mount to wall studs. Additional instructions on how to reinforce it in installation would be useful.

Not bad or great
I put a 50 pound bag and the plate still says at the welding points. It’s held up, but doubt it can handle some real weight as this one feels like it could fall off

Iffy but fingers crossed
It says it's rated for a heavy bag (mine is 100lbs [45kg]) but it's definitely flexing at the arm already by about 5 degrees. I'm hoping that the swing plate can hold up at the weld bead but we'll see.Install is pretty straight forward if you're handy (no install instructions provided), wasn't missing any hardware like other reviews. The convenience of being able to move it out of the way is definitely great but for the price I'm hoping it won't break under it's quality. Before buying:- You will need to have some very basic skills knowing how to install, google can help!- Placing stop bolt when a bag is attached is extremely difficult, recommend increase the hole with a drill- Depending on amount of force to bag + bag weight - this mount may fail due to some design flaws.- Recommend with maybe 80lb (36kg) bag but that less of a difference shouldn't matterFeedback to seller:Make the distance between the plates that secure the bag arm tighter and the triangle support pieces completely to the edge of the arm plate. This should allow for less flex / gap issues under load. Also increase the bolt secure holes size so when trying to place the pin under load it's not a problem.[I'm going to update this review after a fair amount of use / time spent working on heavy bag]

Bit of modification needed but pretty decent
As other reviews have mentioned the release pin is woeful - used a step drill bit to make the inside holes slightly larger swapped the bolt out for a quick release cotter pin and its doesn't bind anymore making the swing arm much more usable.Decent product after the modifications.

Not solid at all
My weight bag is 40 pounds and this punching bag holder frame started to bend , the wall is solid but the holder is bent that I can't even move it anymore
