However, it specifies 9000 (nine thousand) FCC Lactase Units of Lactase Enzyme. Also there is 5mg of Sodium per caplet. **Q: Do you prefer these or the chewables?** A: I prefer to chew these over the ‘chewable’ tablets because they have no flavor and the other ones taste awful. I am severely lactose intolerant and these work for me...of course depending on the amount of lactose in the meal I’m eating I may have to eat 2-3 throughout the meal. **Q: Please let me know if comes in individual sachets and what the expiration date?.
