Had an issue with the sliding/unlocking button after more than a year of intense use and the response was quick and thorough. A new unit or compensation. Decided to get the latest motorized model. As a builder, we use this a LOT and find it as good if not better than "expensive" alternatives. The green laser is sharp (enough) for anything we do exterior or interior.
