The Continental Goatskin is the ultimate training & racing tire where puncture protection is a priority. Using the latest proprietary technology against flats the Goatskin range uses Ploy Breaker and Dushkin sidewall protection.

Review: Durable and Reliable - I love these. I've ridden over 1400 miles with them so far and have only have 2 punctures (a giant industrial staple and shattered glass) and one snake bite from a huge rock, none of which I blame on the tyres. I haven't noticed any rolling resistance compared to other tyres, but I've never used low rolling resistance tyres. They look sleek and professional. Installation was a bit of a struggle at first, but they're road bike tyres, so that's typical. Definitely my go-to for tyres.
Review: Long lasting GatorSkin For Training Tires 28mm - This is my first time using 28mm tires, it does make the ride much smoother, as far faster the jury is still out! These are great training tires, being 28mm you can ride them around 75+/- front and 80+/- rear PSI at (210 lbs) using tubes less tubeless, depending on your total bike load including your body weight, so they absorb all the road chatter and bumps! I can see how it could be faster on long rough road rides, since it won't bounce as much and will be easier on your legs...

## Features

- Two Tires Included: A matched pair of Gatorskin 700x28 tires, so you can replace front and rear together or keep a spare on hand for the next commute or tour.
- PolyX Breaker: A tightly woven, very dense polyester layer under the tread resists punctures from road debris without affecting rolling resistance.
- DuraSkin Sidewall Protection: A high-quality polyamide fabric shields the casing from cuts and scuffs, built for curbs, rough tarmac and the worst road conditions.
- Folding Bead: Lighter than the wire-bead version and folds for easy storage. Size 700x28 (ISO 28-622) clincher, for use with an inner tube; not tubeless.
- Made for Mileage: Continental rates the Gatorskin for high mileage and builds it for fixed-gear, messenger and urban riders, daily commuters and touring cyclists.
