Item was bought 2/14, this review is being done on 2/16. I normally fast from 9 p.m. until around 7 p.m. the next day. I drink water throughout the day and I’m honestly not hungry at all. I’ve been doing this consistently and I manage my cravings just fine on my own. I bought this item just to see what the hype was about; and because of the “good” reviews that was left.
