Bare minerals made me break out. IT foundation does not. I've been using it for more than a year, and have had no break outs! **Q: Is this foundatipn better than it's liquid bye bye foundation?** A: It's not really a matter of is it better, it's more of a preference. This is a powder compact foundation, bye bye is a liquid.
