I wish I could say that about every single pair of stupidly expensive running tights I own, or the pinnies that always go places they aren't supposed to. I have had other running belts before and frankly, they end-up around my rib cage after less than a mile. Those are in a box in my closet. They are not the best running belt ever. I am known in my circle of friends for always carrying a small Nana purse that somehow has every single thing they could ever need inside of it. My purse is a little bit of a TARDIS probably. Need gum? I have gum. Need Pepto Bismol? I have that. Need dental floss, a Tide stick, sewing kit, a snack, or a hair elastic? I'm your girl. This belt is totally the Nana bag of running belts. I usually pack it with my iPhone (worn in the small of my back), my inhaler, 4-5 gels, my car and/or house key, Kleenex, dollars, and a thing of mace. All of this stuff fits, and nothing has ever fallen out. I choose not to flip the belt because well, bears. There are a lot of bears where I run and I really don't want to be messing with flipping my belt when I'm trying to look for mace and mostly not die from a bear mauling. Thankfully, I do know what to do in case of bears, and I have not ever been mauled by one, but I have lots of pictures taken with my easily accessible iPhone. Speaking of phones, my husband is always getting after me to bring my phone on long runs. This is something I didn't love doing because CHAFING. Buy one! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ I would love to give it a 5 star but... *by A***R on January 8, 2026* I am fairly new to running but recently I ramped up my running mileage a lot. This thing is my day to day go to item to carry my phone, some snacks, my card holder and car keys. It can take all of them fine and the fit is perfect. You do not notice you are wearing this at all. Nothing bounces around and after every work out, I wash this together with my running clothes and it stands that all fine. I think it is a really good invention and a lifesaver product. The only downside that I noticed which really made me concerned about the reliability of this belt is that during a trail run today, I realized my car key jumped out of the pocket and started swinging around. Luckily it was attached to the car key clip so it did not fall off my pocket. I tucked it back in and resumed running. However 10-15 min later the same thing happened again. I fixed it as well and moved on. At the end of the run I checked my flip belt and saw that the key was still in the pocket but got detached from the plastic clip. So, If I were to run a bit longer, the next time it jumped off the pocket, it would go wild in the forest. A disaster scenario which I missed by mere chance. Therefore, I can say that the plastic clip provided is crap. Next time I will buy a screw in clip and attach it to the elastic string that holds the plastic clip.
