It does not spike my blood sugar, though everyone is different, the maltitol may be an issue for some. They all have a very good taste and texture, but I find the chocolate orange ones a little hard compared to the others. They are a little on the small side but at just 64 calories, that is understandable, and they do help to satisfy cravings.
