It’s all depends how good the tape on those hooks are or put a table underneath for more support. Drilling holes in the wall and mount it on supplied brackets is probably the best. **Q: do you have to hook speakers to it? if so, how?** A: You have to have a separate speaker system, I have a Bose 5.1 surround sound system hooked up to a Sony 7.2 receiver, and an Epson 1080p projector.
