I use it in an anointing oil recipe. An oil of protection. I use a low heat in oven to melt the resin then combine it with other ingedents. If the heat is too high it will burn. Finally strain the mixture through a strainer. This removes the larger plant particles. Leaving a red sandy materiel. Highly recommended for this.
