I carry it around my neck all the time and it never falls out of the holder. I gave the other lanyard and the pink matching holder to my gf for her Stiiizy. It would fall out so I had to modify her pen by cutting and wrapping a tiny strip of duct tape and wrapping 3 layers, then sliding the pink silicon holder over it. Not sure how it would fit a juul tho

I liked the variety and quantity of items included in this purchase. Although the quality is decent, unfortunately the silicone rings don't fit every device so you're taking a risk. They were too small for the Vaporesso XROS but they do fit my "other" disposable pens.
