A lot of buyers ask the same questions before they buy, so here are honest answers. Does it actually massage, or does it just squeeze? It is a compression massager. Air chambers inflate and release in rhythmic patterns across your hand, fingers, and wrist, with light acupressure and vibration. There are no rolling balls or kneading parts. Some people describe it as a firm, rhythmic squeeze rather than a kneading motion, so it helps to know that going in. It works well as part of a regular routine, not a one-time fix. Is it good for carpal tunnel and arthritis? Many owners with carpal tunnel, arthritis, RSI, trigger finger, and post-surgery wrist routines use it as part of a regular relief routine and report less stiffness and easier movement over time. It is designed to help ease discomfort, not to cure a condition. If you have had wrist surgery or have acute inflammation, check with your physician first. How hot does the heat get? The warmth is gentle and controlled, up to 109°F, and takes about 10 to 12 minutes to reach temperature in a 15-minute session. If you want stronger heat, the included hand warmer adds extra localized warmth and also works as a portable power bank to recharge the unit and your phone. Will it cover my wrist, and will it fit larger hands? It wraps the full hand and wrist in one device, and owners report it reaching well past the wrist. Do not insert your hand past the wrist mark. If you wear very tight X-large gloves, review the size diagram before ordering. The acupressure nodes left marks on my hand, is that normal? Yes. The nodes apply targeted pressure, which can leave temporary impressions that usually fade within an hour. If it feels like too much, lower the intensity. Is it safe for elderly or very sensitive hands? Start at Level 1 with short five-minute sessions. Some users with very tender joints find even the lowest setting firm, so build up gradually and do not insert your hand past the wrist mark. For significant conditions, fragile bones, or osteoporosis, consult a physician. What about durability and support? It is built for daily use, and our US-based team handles replacements through official desertcart channels with your order number, backed by the Lifetime Warranty. Indications Designed for everyday hand comfort—ideal for tired, sore hands and fingers, stiffness, and occasional numbness from daily activities. Supports relaxation for the hand and wrist.
