A: I would say yes.  My head measures 21", but I stretched it and it appears to stretch at least two inches. You'll love this hat! Tight knit, warm, and looks great.

A: Cony hair is rabbit hair.  I play winter golf in my hat and it is very warm.

**Q: Does it cover your ears?**
A: If you have an average size head, it fits over your ears no prob. 
If you Head is larger than average, you will have to pull & tug & place in the right way but it is totally doable & !worth it. Bazillion compliments on this hat! I am not paid for feed back but the truth is this is the coolest, warmest, fun hat I have ever seen! Therefore, I would have worn ear muffs if needed bc so stylish & cozy!
