Its Shake Awake technology maximizes battery efficiency by deactivating the LED when idle and instantly reactivating on movement. Designed with concealed carry and everyday use in mind, both delivers dependable performance in a streamlined and lightweight form factor. 407K-X2 features a crisp 6 MOA dot while 507K-X2 features 2MOA/32MOA Circle Dot powered by Holosun’s efficient Super LED, offering up to 50,000 hours of battery life on setting 6. Shake Awake technology conserves battery by powering the sight on with motion and turning it off when idle. Lock Mode—first introduced in Holosun's law enforcement models—prevents accidental changes to settings, making it an excellent choice for defensive carry. The "K" series is built with a rugged 7075-T6 aluminum housing and is IP67 waterproof-rated for durability in harsh conditions. It includes a side-mounted battery tray for quick and easy replacement of the CR1632 battery without removing the sight. With 12 brightness settings, users can fine-tune their aiming experience for any lighting environment. Utilizing Holosun’s proprietary “K” footprint, the "K" series is a direct fit for pistols like the SIG P365X/XL and others designed for micro red dots, though it may require an adapter plate for some slide interfaces. ## Features - HOLOSUN 407K SERIES SIGHT - The 407K-X2 is an open reflex optical sight designed for subcompact pistol applications; It features Super LED with up to 50k hour battery life, a crisp 6MOA dot, and 12 reticle intensity settings; The 407/507 is direct for P365X/XL, and requires an adapter plate for slides with a four-boss interface - HIGH PERFORMANCE - This reflex sight for handgun incorporates Lock Mode which locks the buttons preventing inadvertent setting changes when activated; The durable housing is made from 7075 Aluminum, uses Holosun's K footprint, and houses the 1632 battery in a side-mounted tray for easy replacement when needed - SHAKE AWAKE TECHNOLOGY - Extends battery life by deactivating the optic's LED while not in use; Shake Awake offers settings from 10 minutes to 12 hours depending on the model and can be deactivated altogether if preferred; The slightest touch of the optic instantly reactivates the LED so your Holosun reflex sight for pistol is ready when needed - MULTILAYER REFLECTIVE GLASS - This gold dot sight is manufactured using optical-quality glass lenses with multilayer coatings applied to facilitate maximum light transmission and wear resistance while reducing glare and facilitating reduced power requirements; Holosun's highly reflective coatings produce industry-leading reticle intensity, clarity, and battery efficiency - SPECIFICATION - 1x; Parallax Free & Unlimited Eye Relief; Battery Type: CR1632; Battery Life (Hours): 50000; Brightness Setting: 10 DL; Window Size: 0.58x0.77; Housing Material: 7075 T6 Aluminum; Surface Finish: Anodize; Adjustment per Click: 1.5 MOA; W&E Travel Range: ±30 MOA ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0931QSZGQ | | Best Sellers Rank | #3,032 in Sports & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports & Outdoors ) #15 in Gun Sights | | Brand Name | HOLOSUN | | Color | Black (Green) | | Compatible Devices | Handgun | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 4.6 out of 5 stars (1,358) | | Hand Orientation | Ambidextrous | | Included Components | item | | Item Dimensions L x W x H | 1.6"L x 0.98"W x 0.95"H | | Item Display Weight | 27.22 g | | Item Type Name | Green Dot Reflex Sight | | Item Weight | 27.22 g | | Lens Color | Clear | | Magnification Maximum | 1 x | | Magnification Minimum | 1 x | | Manufacturer | Holosun | | Manufacturer Part Number | HE407K-GRX2 | | Material Type | Aluminum | | Model Name | HE407K-X2-GR | | Model Number | HE407K-GRX2 | | Mounting Type | Integral Mount | | Number of Items | 1 | | Product Style | HE407K-X2-GR | | Reticle Type | 6 MOA (Green) | | Sport Type | Hunting, Benchrest Shooting, Archery | | UPC | 810047071372 | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Warranty Description | Limited Lifetime Manufacturer Defective Warranty | ## Product Details - **Brand:** HOLOSUN - **Color:** Black (Green) - **Compatible Devices:** Handgun - **Item Weight:** 27.22 g - **Magnification Maximum:** 1 x - **Magnification Minimum:** 1 x - **Material:** Aluminum - **Product Dimensions:** 1.6"L x 0.98"W x 0.95"H - **Sport:** Hunting, Benchrest Shooting, Archery - **Style:** HE407K-X2-GR ## Images ![HOLOSUN 407K/507K Series, Dot or Multi-Reticle, Black/FDE/Black-Out/Brown - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61J2yiHuzVS.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Reticle Type** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: Will this fit on a canik mete?** A: I put one of these on a Canik Mete. The Mete comes with plastic adapters that go between the sight and slide. The adapter that fits this sight needs to have a couple nubs filed off, but works just fine. I didn't have to buy any extra screws or anything. Everything needed was included with the gun/sight. It works really well. If you do not have an astigmatism with your eye, the dot will be clearly defined. If your eyes suffer from a significant astigmatism, the dot will be less defined, and look like it is surrounded by what looks more like a snowflake. Wearing your prescription glasses will help a bit. This goes with all red/green dot sights, not just this one. Overall, it's a very nice unit. Definitely more precise than irons. **Q: Will it fit a p365xl and do you need a plate?** A: It should fit directly without an adapter plate. **Q: Will this fit a Sig 365X?** A: It fits on an sig p365, 365x, 365xl **Q: Will this work with canik tp9sfx? Thanks** A: The model for tp9sfx is HE407C-GR X2 or HE507C-GR. ## Frequently Bought Together - HOLOSUN HE407K-GR-X2 6MOA Green Dot-Only Open Reflex Sight w/Shake Awake HE407K-GR-X2 - DPP Titanium Adapter Plate for Glock 43X/48 MOS Hellcat OSP Holosun 407k/507k - GL-H07KA - DPP Titanium Optic Adapter/Mount Plate Compatible with MP Shield Plus Kimber R7 Mako Holosun 407K/507K --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/342322368-holosun-407k-507k-series-dot-or-multi-reticle-black-fde](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/342322368-holosun-407k-507k-series-dot-or-multi-reticle-black-fde) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-11*
