Wood seems to be genuine quality and the door seals well. Shockingly the hydrometer is also accurate. Holds around 100 sticks with room to add more cedar to help stabilize humidity. Was concerned it would come with a factory scent, but did not. As for the drawbacks, the temperature does not go above 65 degree's and the summer humidity causes on the cooling element after opening the door leading to a spike in humidity.
