It is hard to find documentation on this product.** A: My 110 Volt, 2.2KW Motor is stamped 8.5 Amps on the housing. **Q: After connecting the spindle to the vfd i am getting the error code eord. what causes that and how do i correct that?** A: not sure of that error code , make sure the vfd parameters are correct - if you can find another spindle to check against that may tell you if it is the vfd or the spindle good luck, you need to be part detective on these things **Q: What is the amperage on the spindle?** A: Fred, thats voltage. The current on my 110v 2.2KW 400mhz spindle is set at 7amps in the VFD. It was a factory setting, but was also listed in the guide book that came with the kit. **Q: May i use my hy01d511b vfd(running a 65mm spindle) for this 80mm spindle?** A: I believe so. Your basically just going to an 80mm spindle with more power. My original was replaced after a year and 3 months (Thanks to insurance) I hope this last longer. Works great when it works. My other when started did not start to rotate without some help.
