The times on both the salad and dinner fork are the same length so you can use both for anything. The spoons are the perfect size with good mouthfeel. The knives are solid and perform as they should. Used them to cut ham steak, fried eggs, coked hamburger patties with ease. For the price they are sharp to do the job. The set is sturdy feeling and washes well and looks sharp. Will be ordering another set.
