Q: Anyone know why the speaker buzzes? Could there be a ground loop issue due to the power strip. Can’t exactly move Xbox atm.

The speaker does not buzz on mine. You may have a faulty speaker wire? Also they are small speakers turning them up all the way isn’t good. I have mine on like two or five and it’s plenty loud enough.

Q: What is the response time / Refresh rate of this monitor

0ms refresh rate supported up to 120hz I believe BUT there are literally 0 Xbox games that support that. 60hz + VRR (Variable Refresh Rate) are supported. You're golden. Buy it, play on it, enjoy it. Has a few hidden gems on it too. I'll let you find those on your own. 😎
