I also have an RPM Sprint ,and the RPM bare cable is about 3/4 of the thickness of this cable. The metal stops on the RPM rope might be fine, but the hole in the top of the handle is just big enough for their rope to fit through smoothly. BUT, if you are fine with using a small drill bit, you can enlarge the hole, and make it work for all sorts of bare cables. In fact, I may do that because I love my RPM rope, but their bare cable isn't as responsive as this bare cable, and you sometimes lose the feel of it in space if that makes sense.
