When I first cut it according to instructions, I kept feeling that it was not "snug". But I found out as the day goes on and you are moving, your arm swells and relaxes and after wearing it for half a day, it was leaving a mark on my arm and started to hurt a little. So I got the second one and only cut it until it was not dangling from my arm. It no longer leaves marks on my arm, never really feel it, and it works great. Can't complain because they did warn me in the instructions to take my time and make small cuts until it just fit. I was the idiot that felt it should be more snug. It is just a cover for the sensor... it doesn't need to hold the sensor on as it is stuck to me.
