It is exactly how it’s pictured. The color I purchased is white, and it is WHITE, exactly what I was looking for. Length, size, amount of tulle is just right, it comes with two detachable “belts” so you can use satin or sparkle, they are Velcro so that’s a bonus bc it’s reusable. The only down side is the bag it came in.
