A: Strange request but can't see it being a problem. They are solar-powered and not very high, so not in your face as such. Make sure it doesn't fall over in bad weather if being left alone for any length of time

A: Probably not,the only way mine lit up was if I took the battery out every day and charged it up in a battery charger indoors,also cost me £5.99 to return it and never got refunded as I lost proof of postage. Avoid
