Wrapped in a nappy. **Q: Suitable for reusable nappy liners?** A: I would not use this for that, as to take out nappy would be not the most comfortable experience. **Q: Can this be used for adult diapers? Each diaper pants M adult size .our main aim is to kill the smell and frequent trips to throw the soiled pants** A: My Son and Daughter-in-Law weren't really impressed with this to be honest. They stopped using it after a couple of weeks, so bit of a waste of money really . Don't know what they didn't like but I suspect they found it easier to just dispose of nappies in normal way !! I know it wasn't as big as I thought it would be, so it probably wouldn't be very suitable for adult use. The fact you don’t need to keep changing bin bags constantly is the best feature! It comes with a very long bag which opens as you add more diapers in. It really can store a lot of diapers! No smell at all.
