A: This bulb is led so even though the wattage is low its actually kinda brighter than I was hoping for.

A: Not sure of what you mean by “disabled” bulb.  However these bulbs have standard bases and install like any other light bulb.  Perfect for small display cabinets.  With its soft light, it gently lights up the area around the cabinet, with no glare.  Perfect for use in areas where you don’t want a bright light.
