But like others, mine as missing the piece that connects the hose to the air conditioner. Thankfully, I still had my old, broken hose, and I was able to take the piece off of it and force it onto the new one--it wasn't perfect, but it'll do. I appreciated that they provided tape, as my windows are poorly designed for these sorts of air conditioners and hence I had to do some magic to make sure it stayed in place.
