**Q: does it work on laminate floors**
A: NO! Do not use this Bona cleaner for laminate, stone, or tile floors. They made one that is especially for these types of floor finishes. Personally, I’ve been using Bona for everything and swear by them. I use this for my hardwood floors, and the other one for my others. I also use their cabinet cleaner (in a spray bottle) for the light colored wood cabinets in the kitchen and the darker ones in my other rooms which are wood finished. I haven’t used any other products for 7 years now except for Bona!

**Q: What is a good mop to use with this cleaner to avoid streaks?**
A: I've been using a Turbo Mop for a while and haven't had any issues with streaking. It could also have to do with the amount of cleaner you're using, sometimes less is more.

**Q: What's the best process for cleaning tile floors with this product?**
A: I usually just sweep or vacuum the floors first and then clean them with this product and a microfiber mop. Turbo Mop pads (bought on Amazon) have worked well for any floor type I've used them on.

**Q: Can you refill the Bona cartridges that are used with the spray mop?**
A: Yes you can, that's why Bona sells the larger refill container

I thought that floors should be mopped the traditional way with a mop and bucket. That is, until I discovered Bona 6+ years ago. This works like a charm. I use their recommended spray mop and their microfiber cleaning pad. This is the easiest mopping system. Works quickly, dries quickly, and the shine lasts a long time. I mop once a week and everything is still shiny. I use this on my hardwood floors, ceramic tiles, as well as on the cement flooring in our sun room. Then I just toss the cleaning pad in the washing machine and I'm done in 1/4 of the time it would take me to use the traditional mop method. However, I was buying the smaller bottles and it became expensive. I found the 128 fl oz unscented refill on Amazon and I couldn't believe the price. For pennies on the dollar, I not only can easily get my whole house floors cleaned, but I get a nice shiny finish that lasts. And, no perfume smell, just clean.
