May be a little late of an answer for you, but it may help someone else. **Q: Is this whislte as small as the fox mini** A: No it’s not. This one is bulkier. **Q: When i blow the whistle, it's not that loud. am i doing something wrong? do i not know how to blow a whistle?** A: All I can tell you is that I use it while directing traffic and position it in the middle of my mouth because if it is off to a side and I blow it, that same side ear hurts!
