I highly recommend! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Small loaf yielded 9 good slices including end pieces *by P***R on July 15, 2026* Ok… I researched bread makers and read reviews for a few days. I kept going back to this one due to reviews and the beautiful appearance and modern look of the machine. Yesterday I ordered it and was determined to try it out. We searched recipes that included ingredients we had on hand. We landed on French bread recipe in the book that came with the machine though we did not have bread flour. Determined to try it I opted to use standard store bought flour. I added all ingredients in the order it said and watched the machine knead the dough. It was fascinating how it switches course to mix the dough well and pick up the parts stuck to the side of the baking box. It was around 8:30 when I started so I fell asleep on the process which was going to be around 3 hours. I woke up to a fresh smelling hot loaf of bread 🥖 in the middle of the night. A perfect little 🍞 loaf!!! I am thrilled with this machine and also ordered the cookbook that one reviewer recommended. I did wrap it in foil while warm which you Should NOT do. This morning when I woke to slice and freeze it , it had sweat a bit and had some moisture on top. So be sure to let it cool thoroughly before storing. I highly recommend this machine. It is not loud to me at all.
