The plastic housing the parts had been opened before and the parts just fell out when I pulled it from the box. There was a crack on the water intake ball and casing. I still needed to use it so thought i could work around this. Unfortunately when I got it working the main housing is leaking. Not noticeable but after an hour or so the tanks was partly drained and water all over the floor. Seems a good item, if you get one that works.
