KERDI membranes bond directly to the mortar bed, preventing saturation. KERDI-BOARD protects walls from vapor and is easy to cut. **Q: Should I install the Schluter-KERDI-BOARD-SC curb or KERDI-BOARD-SB bench on or next to the KERDI-SHOWER trays?** A: The KERDI-BOARD-SC shower curbs and KERDI-BOARD-SB shower bench are typically installed adjacent to the Schluter prefabricated shower tray. The KERDI-SHOWER- T/-TS/-TT shower tray can be cut to fit around the shower bench and curb if required. **Q: What materials are the Schluter-KERDI-SHOWER and KERDI-BOARD prefabricated substrates made of? Are they tile-supportive?** A: KERDI-SHOWER substrates are high-strength EPS foam, providing a lightweight, stable base for KERDI waterproofing and tile. KERDI-BOARD integrates with the Schluter-Shower System, supporting typical shower loads. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great kit *by J***Z on 16 September 2025* Wow, this shower kit sounds super convenient!
