**Q: What’s the difference between this and cold crush? Is one better than the other?**
A: I have both products. The FLU FIX product has some some similar ingredients to the COLD CRUSH but they are much stronger.. The FLU FIX also has ingredients not found in COLD CRUSH. COLD CRUSH addresses 6 symptoms and FLU FIX addresses 9 (the same six with higher amounts for some + 3 additional symptoms (headaches, body aches, and fever). The ingredients in each product are designed to address the symptoms. I have not yet used the FLU FIX but have often used the COLD CRUSH.

Tastes fine, dissolves quickly. I could feel it working soon after I took the first dose, which surprised me, a lot. When it came time to take another dose, (6 hours later) my cough had returned, along with runny nose and sore throat symptoms. Again, I felt relief, and cough, runny nose and sore throat subsided. It is midnight, 6 hours after last dose, coughing has returned, sore throat is better, runny nose is better, still ache all over, but after 3rd dose, cough has calmed and I can maybe get some sleep. Wow, I will make sure I have this treatment/ remedy ready to go during the cold and flu season from now on. Thanking God that Whole Foods delivered this product along with some orange juice and chicken soup.
