Put it on and leave it on anytime. There's no color and it dries the pimple but not the surrounding skin. Great stuff. **Q: Can you use this on your thighs?** A: I would say yes! **Q: Is it suppose to make your skin warm/hot ?** A: I didnt have that experience and neither did my sister. I definitely dont think you're supposed to uave that reaction in my opinion. **Q: how fast does does it take to completely erase your acne?** A: I used it for 10 years and it worked really good, then they changed the ingredients. It made my face itch and breakout. I dont recommend this product. I use Dr Song 2.5 benzole peroxide gel. Fries clear and does the job. ## Frequently Bought Together - Neutrogena On-The-Spot Acne Spot Treatment with 2.5% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Treatment Medication to Treat Face Acne, Gentle Benzoyl Peroxide Pimple Cream for Acne Prone Skin Care,.75 oz - Mighty Patch™ Original patch from Hero Cosmetics – The #1 Hydrocolloid Acne Pimple Patch for Shrinking Zits and Whiteheads in 1 use; Nighttime Spot Stickers for Face and Skin (36 Count) - Neutrogena Rapid Clear Stubborn Acne Spot Treatment Gel with Maximum Strength 10% Benzoyl Peroxide Acne Treatment Medication, Pimple Cream for Acne Prone Skin Care, 1 oz --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/32636162-on-the-spot-acne-spot-treatment-cream-0-75-oz](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/32636162-on-the-spot-acne-spot-treatment-cream-0-75-oz) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-10-27*
