The texture of the garlic one is more fluid than solid, which I wasn't anticipating. I also did an inspection of the jar and had to give it a rinse before it went into the pantry. I'm sure it happened during packaging, but I thought it had cracked and was leaking the jar and bubble wrap were that oily. No cracks though and the vacuum seal was still in tact, so quality wasn't a concern. It's a California business and the garlic is from NorCal...Gilroy maybe? I hope so.
