**Q: Is there any lactose free options from SIS?**
A: I am not aware of lactose in SIS gels.

**Q: How many calories do these have in them? I know this brand makes gels with either 100 or 180 calories each. How many are in this particular product?**
A: Per 100ml 144 cal / Per 60ml 87 cal. I order for my wife whose Ironman/ITU Team USA Triathlete. She swears by them along with BOA Spray.
