It will not zero out for me.** A: Same here, it reads 1.5 PSI when 12V is applied out of the box. I'm at sea level, it should read zero. Just an issue with this product. *by C***Y on December 16, 2020* I’ve been a mechanic for 22 years ASE master tech certified. I’ve been using AEM products for many years on my personal builds and for clients. This is the first product I’ve ever had an issue with. I bought this and a Wideband AFR gauge for a 2019 Subaru STi build. They are both amazing looking gauges and very well built. The install was very straight forward and there was no calibration needed. The Boost gauge worked wonderfully for about 2 weeks then the customer returned saying the gauge was constantly reading “SEnS”. I tried and new vacuum/boost line and new fuse tap. No change. Removed the gauge sensor and wiring to bench test the sensor and gauge. Both failed. I contacted AEM and they were EXTREMELY HELPFUL. They started the warranty claim after I had explained the issue and steps taken to correct it.
