But for a home gym. You will not find a more solid bench!!! Im 275 and bench 225 and up and this thing doesnt move, wiggle, or sway. Solid!!!! **Q: Is this bench sturdy enough to do step-ups?** A: Yes but there is slight movement due to it be an adjustable bench...this why I also purchase their flat bench...which is very sturdy for step ups **Q: Where is this manufactured?** A: This unit would be manufactured in China. **Q: what's the max weight capacity for this bench? i lift heavy dumbbells and it seems sturdy, just wanting to know about how much it can hold.** A: I'm shopping around right now and the description on Ebay shows an 800lb max capacity. It looks like a beast of a bench and I'm most likely going to purchase it. I like the wide platform in the back. ## Frequently Bought Together - Steelbody Deluxe Utility Weight Bench for Home Gym Weightlifting and Strength Training - ProsourceFit Puzzle Exercise Mat Β½ in, EVA Interlocking Foam Floor Tiles for Home Gym, Mat for Home Workout Equipment, Floor Padding for Kids, Blue, 24 in x 24 in x Β½ in, 48 Sq Ft - 12 Tiles - CAP Barbell 2-Inch Olympic Bumper Plate Weight Set | 100-370 lbs | Multiple Options --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/32454023-steelbody-deluxe-6-position-utility-weight-bench-stb-10105](https://www.desertcart.co.za/products/32454023-steelbody-deluxe-6-position-utility-weight-bench-stb-10105) --- *Product available on Desertcart South Africa* *Store origin: ZA* *Last updated: 2026-11-07*
