It was gel pills and the caps on them does not stink. They are bigger pills but let’s be honest MOST prenatals are gonna be big!! The iron didn’t hurt my stomach as bad as ANY of the other prenatals I tried and the little note in pill bottle about oh what’d it say (it was a thing saying god watched over it or blessed it?) was a lovely touch. Yes they are a little pricey but for everything in them health wise for me and baby, and being able to stomach them because they are gel and do not smell or leave a fishy taste and not getting as sick to them (it’s NOT their fault I get sick I get sick to gentle iron and even iron transfusions I’m severely anemic and this out of THREE other prenatals and one being gummy has been my favorite for all the reasons listed) I 100% recommend if you can afford them.
