**Q: What size are the shift keys? Particularly, the right one.**
A: The left is around 1 and 3/8 inch (35 mm), the right is about 15/16 inch (24mm). this is measuring the tops of them where you press the keys, the bases are slightly wider. the rest of the keys are around 3/8 inch (11mm)

**Q: is there a mode where you can turn off backlit rgb?**
A: yes, there is a mode. and also you can turn it off by FN+↓

**Q: What’s the difference between the switches**
A: Blue switch- clicky + tactile bump
red switch- silent+ linear
brown switch- silent + tactile bump

**Q: do they sell new keycaps? like other colors??**
A: Not that i know of

I got this keyboard because my desk set up was not wide enough to have a tenkey keyboard. I have since upgraded my space to fit a full-sized keyboard, but I like this keyboard so much I don't feel the need to replace it. It is easy to clean and maintain. Highly recommend.

In terms of customizability: there are a variety of preset color schemes that you can select; the color and speed of the animation can also be adjusted. The size is just right - you have a standard keyboard without the number pad. If you really needed it, there is a hotkey allowing you to turn the right half of the keyboard into a numpad. Pros: 1) Smooth keypresses 2) N-key rollover - able to press multiple keys at once without losing inputs 3) Both Windows and Mac compatible Cons: 1) I actually ran into some keys (J and shift) not responding but after contacting customer service, they were able to send me a replacement within the week.

Got this for valentines and its so cute. Read the instruction manual for the different color settings. Keys feel nice, it has a nice click. This is my first mechanical keyboard but i love it. Hopefully it lasts a while! I love the little rubber stands to give it a tilt and make it more comfortable. It feels sturdy. So far i like it a lot!
