Review: Longevity an issue - Unfortunately the freezer stopped working after 2.5yrs. We were hoping to get more out of it although not surprised considering the cost. Worked great before it broke. Also, keep in mind, most service company's won't touch these. We couldn't find anyone anywhere who said they would look at it let alone attempt to repair.
