A: Yes, but it doesn't come with the landing gear. designed to be permanently attached to the fuel tank. The base is a  stand and just sits in it.

The material is very good and solid to assemble. The tabs could be a little longer in some cases. I think it is not suitable for someone who wants to start putting together 3d puzzles, however with patience and order, it can be done by investing about 8 hours approx.
