I use my 10.5-inch skillet and the splatter cover fits halfway down inside, and works well for me. I know the grease is alot more** A: You can fry chicken with the FRYWALL, but the bottom of the FRYWALL should be above the oil line, not submerged in it. **Q: Will this work on dogs after surgery to get them "fixed"?** A: If your dog has a head the size of a small watermelon & a super strong neck the size of large cantaloupe & a very agile mouth & tongue (to hold the splatter shield when it flops around) then it might work.
